John continues to paint as usual but with increasing frustration at the lack of outlets for his work. Plenty of interest for the daily painting we display on the front garden.
Walkers, joggers, cyclists, scooters and all, make a detour on their daily exercise and pause to enjoy them but no sign of the Galleries opening, no Open Studio event, nothing since the January Exhibition in Dubai.
Then a bright idea!
We put posters up around the village, inviting Inkberrow artists to join us on the Village Green on Bank Holiday Monday.
We now have fourteen artists joining us to display their lockdown work, some plan to work there, painting or sketching, so it should be an interesting, fun day! Weather permitting!!
